During his career, Rafael Vorcaro experienced working in different countries and complex environments while dealing with different cultures, high value equipment and services, technical challenges, and financial risks, leading the execution process from the contract signature to final delivery. Responsible for starting up the operations of companies in Latin America and the United States, developing the local engineering, supply chain, and project management resources and tools.

With over 15 years of experience, being more than 10 years directly in sales management and client relationship, delivering tailored solutions, equipment, services, and vessels to the dredging, mining, maritime, onshore, and offshore energy industries, Rafael Habib has experience dealing with high value equipment and services, technical complexity, and financial risks, leading the sales process (including the inside sales) from stand-alone equipment, passing through tailored system solutions, complex services agreements, up to complete vessel selling deals.
Over the years Rafael Habib has achieved sales and revenue targets, driving to consecutive years of positive and sustainable net profit growth in the companies he has worked for. Focused on creating and sustaining short and long-term business relationship with key clients, enabling the companies growth and expansion.
